There are lots of Japanese beautiful sceneries. It's very lively around this place,there are a lot of shops along the street. Mamemasa's frozen Macha is very delicious😋 Many interesting temples are around here. I recommend Otaginenbutu-ji, which has more than 1,000 jizos made by old local people(pic3). It only takes a few minutes from Arashiyama station by bus(but very few) or taxi.
