This place is located about 500 meters uphill from the center of Kobe. It was once the home of a German merchant who lived in Kobe, offering a glimpse into the city's history of prosperity through trade. While you can enter for a fee, the interior mainly features antique Western-style furniture, which may not be particularly exciting for all visitors. Surrounding the area, you'll find Starbucks housed in a renovated cultural property and stylish shops, making it a pleasant spot for a leisurely. However, if you're interested in hiking, I recommend visiting the Kobe Nunobiki Herb Gardens by hiking.
