It's one of Japan's port towns, having wonderful spots and a wide variety of delicious foods. However, those who don't like a leisurely style of sightseeing might feel bored. Great point is that many sights are clustered close to city center, making sightseeing very easy. Especially, Kobe Harborland is very recommended to visit.
