As far as I know, this is the most romantic place in Japan. The surroundings are lively, especially at night. Particularly on weekends, there are always events, and you can enjoy music and food stalls. You can go up Kobe Tower, but having lived in Kobe for 20 years, I've never seen anyone go up. If you come here alone, you'll be overwhelmed by the couples filling this place. But don't worry, I'm the same.
